You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the platform, disrupt its functionality, or use it to harm other users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account credentials, and all activity conducted through your account.

All listings must describe real properties, use accurate photos, disclose material information, and comply with applicable laws. Duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent listings are prohibited.

• Posting false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Impersonating another person, agent, or organisation.
• Soliciting payments outside agreed inspection or transaction processes.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform infrastructure.
• Any activity that facilitates fraud, harassment, or discrimination.

Accounts are personal to the user or organisation that created them. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

The Nietis Property Hub name, logo, design, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are breached or if activity poses a risk to other users or the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nietis Property Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
